We also provide bespoke Design and Build (D+B) building envelope service. This special Facade service offered to unique overseas clients who would delegate to TEC the design and build responsibility of the project: Including all or part of, design, supply, install, supervise and manage activities.
We select the best-suited system from variety of internationally known systems; such as Kawneer, Schuco, Technal, Alcoa, Spa, Antamex, Comtec etc.
Appoint the best Fabrication factory for that system, following strict selection procedure.

Test and inspect materials at prefabrication and at postproduction as finished goods.
Organise and monitor packing and shipping.
Appoint local contractor
