Client’s characteristic and the degree to which its structure allows delegation of authority to those in charge of the project would have strong influence on the selection and the success of procurement system. The degree to which the tasks are considered to be specialised activities, only able to be undertaken by independent organisations, will depend on the nature of the project itself.
We work with the client to identify project parameters and tasks to be undertaken as specialised activities. This would form the basis for establishing definition for the management, integration and control mechanism of these tasks; and effectively leads to the ideal procurement system for the project.
We also use our expertise to facilitate debates and workshop sessions to help managers to assess risks, instigate ideas and reach measured conclusions.
