Management Consultancy is a specialist-operation requiring unique skills, expertise and theoretical knowledge. We assess client requirements and provide individual experts for short-term projects and larger teams for the planning, implementation and management of larger and long-term projects.
Our supervision and management span the planning, co-ordination and control of the project from conception to construction completion and commissioning. Our mission here is to manage the project on behalf of a client requiring:
identification of client’s objectives in terms of utility, function, quality, time and cost.
establishment of relationships between resources; integrating, monitoring and controlling the contributors to the project and their output, and
evaluating and selecting alternatives in pursuit of client’s satisfaction with the project outcome.
